The former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has written an open letter to the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF not to allow President Buhari to speak with the Super Eagles again if he wants them to qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Since the president made a video call with the Super Eagles before their game against Tunisia, many have said all sorts of things. The president only call to encourage the players before their game to the Tunisian side in the round of 16, the president has been heavily criticised for the call he made.

However, the Super Eagles lost to Tunisia by a lone goal. Many of the opposition in Nigeria made all sorts of comments. Read Omokri’s tweet below.

“Dear NFF, If you want Nigeria to play in the Qatar 2022 World Cup, keep Buhari far away from the Super Eagles. No calls. No video. No tweet. No Facebook. No encouragement. Nothing! In fact, if you want Nigeria to even qualify, ask Buhari to call Ghana”.
