The Leaders of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has Performed wonderfully well, to Pick the National Chairman of the Party, through consensus without any conflicts. The just concluded National Convention of the Party, could be described as best of its kind, because there were no conflicts, throughout the Convention of the Party.

It should be recalled that the Leaders of the PDP Picked Iyorchia Ayu, as national Chairman of the Party through consensus, after the Leaders of the Party, had zone the Position of National of the Party to the North.

The PDP National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu was ratified by the National delegates of the Party, at the National Convention of the Party. However, The National Chairman of the Party, needs to unite the Aggrieved members of the Party, ahead of the 2023 Polls.

One of the PDP Controlled States that need urgent attention of the PDP National Chairman, is Oyo State. The crisis in Oyo PDP needs urgent Attention, before the 2023 Polls.

It should be recalled that Alhaji Bisi Olopoeyan, who happened to be one of the Chieftains of Party and Alhaja Mulikat Adeola were not having good rapports with the Governor of the State, Governor Oluseyi Makinde, and this call for urgent intervention of the Party Leaders, before it is too late.

Oyo State was among the State, where the Parallel Congress was conducted. Alhaji Bisi Olopoeyan had earlier complained of being marginalised in the Party.

Olopoeyan was recently interviewed by Saturday Independent, and he made it known to the Public, that He won’t congratulate the National Chairman of the Party, Iyorchia Ayu until the Crisis in Oyo APC is resolved.

This means that the National executives of the Party, should reconcile the aggrieved Members of the Party, in Oyo State, before the 2023 Governorship Polls, if the Party, doesn’t want to lose the forthcoming Governorship Polls.

It should be recalled that Governor Makinde, Performed wonderful roles, during the PDP National Convention and it won’t make sense to lose the State, in the forthcoming Governorship Polls. Therefore, the national Chairman of the Party and other executives, should intervene in Oyo Crisis, before it is too late.
