The all-new teaser trailer for the Obi-Wan Kenobi series that is upcoming has been released. This is part of Disney Investor Day. The series will finally see the return of Ewan McGregor as the legendary Jedi Master. His last 

appearance was in Star Wars, episode three

Revenge of the Sith, way back in 2005. Obi-Wan Kenobi will be among the ranks of the Star wars original coming on Disney together with The Mandalorian, Star Wars: Visions, The Book of Boba Fett, and Star Wars: The Bad Batch.

The all-new teaser trailer shows all sorts of footage that has not been seen before for the Disney series. Sad to say that while fans couldn’t get a glimpse of Hayden Christensen’s return as Darth Vader, his presence could be heard on the title screen, as the teaser trailer was coming to an end.

Nonetheless, looking at the bright side, the trailer revealed the Inquisitor’s first look, just as they make their first action debut live. 

The Grand Inquisitor leader was the first Inquisitor seen in the teaser trailer of Obi-Wan Kenobi. The Grand Inquisitor was introduced early back in season one of the Star Wars Rebels. He is menacing, striking, voiced by 

Jason Isaacs, who throughout the season, pursued former Padawan Kanan Jarrus and prospective Jedi Ezra Bridger.

Fifth Brother was another Inquisitor that appeared in the teaser trailer. He also appeared in Star Wars Rebels but was killed at last by Darth Maul himself. From what Entertainment Weekly reported, Moses Ingram will take an Inquisitor role and be named Reva, who is believed to be the Third sister. Other cast members joining the Obi-Wan Kenobi series are Sung Kang, Benny Safdie, Kumail Nanjiani, Rupert Friend, Rory Ross, Indira Varma, O’Shea Jackson Jr.,  and Simone Kessell.

The Obi-Wan Kenobi series is an American upcoming limited series developed for Disney’s streaming, and featuring the  Star Wars character of the same name.

The series was directed by Deborah Chow and written by Joby Harold. This series officially titled Obi-Wan Kenobi, started 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where he was greatly defeated, the corruption and downfall of the Jedi apprentice and best friend, Anakin Skywalker who turned to evil Sith Lord Darth Vader. Bonnie Piesse, Hayden Christensen, Ewan McGregor, and Joel Edgerton will be brought back to the series.

Obi-Wan Kenobi Promises Rematch of the Century

Ever since the show was officially confirmed to the world in the year 2019, people have been anticipating Obi-Wan Kenobi greatly. Obi-Wan Kenobi was listed among the Most Anticipated Movies, TV Series of 2022, this was recently announced by IMDb. The Star Wars series held the sixth position precisely as the most anticipated new series of 2022. 

Currently, the release of Obi-Wan Kenobi is scheduled to be on the 25th of May. This series will comprise a total of six episodes. Obi-Wan Kenobi has Deborah Chow as the director and Kathleen Kennedy, Deborah Chow, Joby Harold, Michelle Rejwan, and Ewan McGregor as Executive producers. The main theme for the series was written by John Williams, the composer of Star Wars.
