For quite some days now, one of the popular Nigerian singers, Davido has been trending online after he asked his friends to send him 1 million Naira each. However, this has become a trend among some celebrities. In this article, I will be showing you five Nigerian celebrities who have requested money from their friends.

1) Yul Edochie:

Yul Edochie is one of the popular actors in Nigeria. Recently, he thanked Davido for starting the trend, and he has also joined by asking his friends to support his upcoming political campaign as the youth presidential candidate. Take a look at the picture he posted below.

2) Teniola:

Teni also took to her official Instagram page to release a video showing how she requested money from the likes of Tiwa Savage, Simi, Tope Alabi and others ahead of her birthday. She only asked for 250 thousand Naira each from her friends.

3) Psquare:

Shortly after these two, Peter and Paul Okoye reconciled with each other after being separated for four years, Peter took to his Instagram page to drop their account number asking their fans to send them money. He tagged some of the Nigerian celebrities, including Davido.

4) Mercy Eke:

The popular reality TV show star, also wrote on her Twitter page recently that her fans should surprise her by sending her some cash.

The popular Nigerian actress was not left out as she said that she is waiting to get 1M Naira each from her friends. She went ahead by saying Davido didn’t have two heads.
